How to Install Your Hanging Egg Chair

Adding a hanging egg chair to your home décor is ideal for creating a laid-back atmosphere in your living spaces and indoor-outdoor areas. Traditional egg chairs require manually securing them to a ceiling joist. Assembling Your Indoor or Outdoor Egg Chair

Putting your new hanging egg chair together is simple and can be done with all the included parts and tools. Instructions complete with pictures will be included with your product and are simple to follows:

Align the back of the base, front of the base and connectors and secure all hardware using the provided hex key.
Carefully snap the foot joints evenly across the bottom of the stand base, designed to keep egg chairs stable.
Slide the straight pole in the back of the base, aligning the holes and securing them using provided bolts, washers and lock nuts using the hex key and spanner (also provided).
Slide the curved pole into the straight pole (this is where your chair will hang from). Align holes and secure them as in step 3.
Secure the two halves of the egg chair using provided hardware.
Connect the extension spring to the egg chair and hang the other end off the top of the curved pole.
Wrap the hook and loop fastener on the strap around the pole, which secures to the back of the egg chair.

Once you place your cushions on and tie them to the frame of your hanging egg chair, you’re all set to go! If the egg chair feels unstable, check it’s on a level surface and the foot joints are evenly distributed.
